1. Create Compelling Content

 This is extremely important as there are literally a bazillion blogs out it in the world and millions added to the internet every day. This is where you will have to do your research on the topic you’re writing about. Spend time writing quality content and give the true intention of adding value to your readers’ life. You’re going to have to use your creativity o stand out from the crowd, innovation changes the status quote and changing the status quote will make people pay attention to you. Last when you write you’re content speak from the heart and be yourself, there’s plenty of drab content on the internet so there’s no reason to add to it.

2. Use a Catchy Headline

This is one of the fastest ways to increase your blog traffic, think about it this way; if you read your headline and there was a phone number would it make you call the number? If not you need to work on it. Study other successful bloggers in your niche and see what they’re using for headlines. Look at mediocre blogs as well, if your blog headlines are similar it’s something you will have to work on. Also remember that off the wall headlines that grab attention work miracles, especially if there’s an air of mystery around it. Last make sure and hone your writing skills, read blogs in your niche that are successful and think about investing in your education; there are several courses and products online that teach how to be a better writer.

3. Post to Facebook and G+ Groups

This can be a bit time consuming, but in the beginning while building
capital this great way to get free publicity. As of now on Facebook you can join more than 500 groups and
either post manually or with automated software like Hootsuite or Post Planner. The key here is to make your blog stand out from the rest by creating amazingly engaging and compelling content. Google tends to be a little better for quality as Facebook gets a lot of spammers. But if you work hard and solve problems you can make this method work in conjunction with the other ones I teach you here. Ultimately you will have to find what works best for you, and for this method to work its best to focus on one niche like travel, or cooking, or personal development. Also comments and like other blogs that you actually like, you always get as much as you give.
==============================================================

4. Use Hashtags

Hashtags are one of the newest fads online, and Hashtag marketing can be used on nearly every social network now. Twitter started it as far as I know, but hashtag use is now available on Facebook, Pinterest, and Google + as well. I’m not sure about the rest you will have to find out, but if not I’m sure it will be soon. So it’s best to learn it now, it doesn’t take long and is a very beneficial and free method anyone can learn and use within minutes. There are two ways to use this method, one you can search for relevant hashtags in your niche to build relationships and engage with other bloggers. Or two you can add hashtags to your post and status updates for others to find you. EXAMPLE: let’s say you want people in the travel niche to find your new blog about England, you would create your post and use a hashtag like #ENGLAND or #UKTravel; these are just simple and people tend to get very creative with hashtags. The best way to learn what people are looking for is to search for them yourself. Over time you will get the hashtag lingo down to a science.

5. Do a Tweet Exchange

Twitter is one of the fastest ways to go viral online, and learning to go viral equals
massive traffic to your blog. A tweet exchange is simple its finding other Twitter users in your niche, building
relationships with them, and then simply tweeting each other’s content at an equal rate. You can start this as
soon as you have about 1000 followers; even if the person you are exchanging with has 10,000 followers you can make this work. All you would have to do in this situation is tweet their content ten times to each one of yours. This is one of the fastest ways to go viral and can sustain a consistent and heavy flow of engaging traffic to your blog.
==============================================================

6. Broadcast Your Blog To Your List

If you’re a blogger you should have an email list. If you don’t that’s step one. Once you’ve started collecting e-mails and building a list its time to start building a relationship and trust with your subscribers. Broadcasting your blog to your list is a great way to do this. All broadcasting means is e-mailing them a piece of your content with a link to the whole article or blog. Give an enticing and piece of content to your subscribers that will encourage them to click through and want more. Doing this everyday will guarantee traffic to your blog and should be done as soon as you have one subscriber.

7. Use Long Tailed Keywords to Increase Organic Search

Organic search traffic should be a major component of any bloggers traffic strategy. Ranking number one on Google, Yahoo, and Bing can bring an instant and steady flow of traffic. Its best to use long tailed keywords as it can be difficult to rank for high competition keywords without a quality back-linking strategy. Here’s a breakdown of long tailed keywords in comparison to vague high competition keywords.
Blog Traffic = Vague High Competition Keyword
Traffic to Your Blog = Targeted High Competition Keyword
Increase Traffic to Your Blog = Highly Targeted High Competition Keyword
Ways You Can Increase Traffic to Your Blog = Extremely Targeted Medium Competition Keyword
Seven Ways You Can Increase Traffic to Your Blog = Highly Targeted medium to low competition short tailed keyword.
Seven Ways You Can Increase Traffic to Your Blog Using Facebook = Precise Low Competition Long Tailed Keyword.
==============================================================
As you can see keywords can become very precise to their target audience. You will get much less traffic with a precise long tailed keyword. But the plus side of it is that the traffic will be extremely targeted and can be considered very warm as you are solving a specific problem. This is the fastest way to build trust through your blog and become labeled as a leader to be followed.
Driving traffic isn't as hard as people make it out to be, and there are literally endless methods, these are just Seven Ways You Can Increase Traffic to Your Blog.
